Active Military Application

Attached is our Active Military Banner Application. The completed application along with below listed documents must be turned in to the Public Works office located at 144 S. Broadway.

The City of Turlock is offering a contactless service on Saturday, November 4th, 2023 from 8:00am - 12:00pm (or until full), at 901 S Walnut in Turlock.

• Proof of residency (honoree or applicant) ex. Copy of recent Utility Bill or valid California ID
• Proof of Service ex. U.S. Military ID, copy of orders or enlistment/Reenlistment document
• Official Service Picture (size 4x6 or larger is best)

Banner term runs from November to November with applications being accepted starting November 13th and ending September 30th

Due to a generous donation received from Firehouse Dispensary, there are no costs associated with banners.

At the close of each banner term we hold a banner retirement ceremony in which honorees will be recognized by council and receive their banner to keep.
