Are you wondering where to get up-to-the-minute and accurate information about COVID-19 in Stanislaus County and in our community? Need help?Stanislaus County Office of Emergency Services has launched its own YouTube channel, STANEMERGENCY. Check it out and subscribe at no cost! The new YouTube channel contains many of the videos related to COVID-19 released by the Stanislaus County Office of Emergency Services.
You can also receive alerts on the updated number of COVID-19 cases in Stanislaus County by texting STANCOVID19 to 888-777. You will receive text messages, which are updated two or three times daily regarding the number of positive tests, how many people have been tested, and the number of recovered cases.
If you need to get connected to current Health & Human Service Information, please call 211 from your home or mobile phone. 2-1-1 Stanislaus County, a program of United Way of Stanislaus County, is a comprehensive information and referral service for Stanislaus County, connecting over 11,000 callers last year with health and human services information and referrals available to them. 2-1-1 Stanislaus County is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week in over 120 languages through phone interpretation services.
2-1-1 Stanislaus County also provides incident specific information in coordination with local emergency services in times of disaster, like the COVID-19 pandemic, including road closures and shelter information.
