Please join us for the Downtown Turlock Independence Celebration! On Friday, June 28th, 2024 the Parade will begin at 6:30 PM followed by a Drone Show at 9:00 PM. On Saturday, June 29th, 2024 there will be a Car Show from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Stanislaus County Cooling Zones / Clean Air Zones Summer 2024

Cooling and Clean Air Zones are available for the Summer of 2024. The Roger K. Fall Transit Center at 1418 N. Golden State Blvd is a designated cooling and clean air zone. The Transit Center is open Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM The Turlock Public Library at 550 Minaret Avenue is also a designated cooling and clean air zone. The Turlock Public Library is open Monday - Tuesday from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Wednesday from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Thursday from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The app is a great source of information for news, events, service interruptions and updates, and important links to the website. Staff can streamline important community communications and information to citizens in more efficient ways.
