    Cooling and Clean Air Zones are available for the Summer of 2024. The Roger K. Fall Transit Center at 1418 N. Golden State Blvd is a designated cooling and clean air zone. The Transit Center is open Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM The Turlock Public Library at 550 Minaret Avenue is also a designated cooling and clean air zone. The Turlock Public Library is open Monday - Tuesday from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Wednesday from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Thursday from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
